Airoc.nl
Airoc.nl is a digital platform, available on iPhone, iPad, and Android, designed to support Dutch vocational education (middelbaar beroepsonderwijs). It empowers teachers and companies to ensure successful internships for students by harnessing the power of modern web technology.
The Airoc website lacked a clear storyline, making it difficult to explain what the platform is, who it serves, and the value it offers. Potential customers seeking more information struggled to understand how Airoc could help them better manage vocational internships for their students.
We worked within the existing design and WordPress framework, without adding new templates, visuals, or videos. With a focus on maximising the impact of content, we concentrated our efforts entirely on strategic content changes to achieve the desired results.

What we did
We began by diving deep into the Airoc product, its users, and the context in which they use it. Next, we defined the website’s primary target audiences—teachers and decision-makers in Dutch vocational education. Using a UX-driven approach, we created an inventory of their information needs, which formed the foundation for the website's information architecture.

Once we established a strong structure, we moved on to copywriting. All content was placed into clickable wireframes to provide a clear content demo for the Airoc team.
After finalising the content, we implemented all changes directly within the WordPress content management system.
The result
The new website effectively communicates the value of the Airoc platform, focusing on the key audiences of teachers and decision-makers. After the launch, Airoc’s sales team reported that customers were better informed, making it easier to understand the platform’s features and benefits. This has led to more productive conversations with potential clients and a clearer presentation of the platform’s value.
